He was born in Isogo-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa. He lost his father at the age of 16. He did not enter to the University, and entered as a part-time job to throng to a ramen shop. he worked as the owner’s right‐hand man for 4 years, and brought up the popular shop which drove in monthly sales 7 million yen. In 1998, he opened the first store in Fujisawa. He opened the second store 5 years later, thereafter, it accelerated. At the present, directly-managed store is 13 stores. He has the results more than FC70 stores, he expands overseas, too. He is one of the most successful managers in the ramen business.
