He was born in Kyoto. After graduated from the high school, he entered to the world of the cooking, and studied at the famous store. After having also worked in the vegetable and fruit market, he went to Tokyo. In 2007, he opened “Japanese Cuisine ICHIRIN” in Jingumae. In 2009, he acquired a one of Michelin star. He achieved to be promoted to the two stars in 2012. He appears in popular program “Asa Ichi” of NHK. He is the chef who is young and energetic bearing the next generation of the Japanese food.
