He is from Matsudo-shi, Chiba. The second son of three brothers. After graduated from the high school, he visited the United States of America. After language study for a year and a half, he came back to Japan. As sales, he developed wholesale business of “Baniku ” of family business. He has known that horse meat was eaten as a dietary in various districts while he performed a sale, and he tried to promote horse meat. He says “Bakurou” also is one of the means. At the present, he opened 7 stores in Tokyo. Because the spread is a mission, he says “no care about sales and gain”. So it is cheap and can taste fresh horse meat. His future goal is “horse meat on dining table”. For the spread of horse meat, he establishes association of corporate judicial person Japan horse meat.
