At this time, he met a close friend of his life and a rival who was Mr. Seiji Yamamoto of “Ryugin”. He opened “Ginza Kojyu” in 2003. It got 3 stars in “Michelin Tokyo”. He opened “OKUDA Paris” in Paris on September, 2013. He wrote the book “the three stars restaurant smallest in the world”.
