He respected Mr. Kenichiro Nishi who was called to be God of the Japanese food as a teacher and went to the way of “Japanese”. In 2007, he opened “Yushima 121” at 29 years old. In 2010, he changed the store name to the present “Kurogi”. In “Iron chefs” having broadcasted from October 26, 2012, he came up as “an iron chef of Japanese” for the first time on TV. As a young iron chef, he attracted attention.
