Born in Hiroo, Shibuya-ku, and Tokyo. Mr. Sadajiro NAKAJIMA of his grandfather was the first chef of “Hoshigaoka Saryo” which Mr. Rosanjin ran. After having learned it in Kyoto like his grandfather, he succeeded his father Mr. Teizo and entered “Shinjuku Kappo Nakajima”. He became a store owner for the second generation of the well-known store; he develops various activities while he brings up a store. He appears in TV a lot, and there are many books, too. He serves as the store owner of “Shinjuku Kappo Nakajima” which acquires the star as one of the Kappo restaurants representing Tokyo for 7 consecutive years from Michelin.
