He was brought up in Yamaguchi in the childhood period, in 1987; he entered Kobe University Faculty of Economics. After graduation, he joined Sumitomo Corporation and was engaged in real-estate development business. In 1993, he quitted Sumitomo Corporation, and entered Cornell University graduate school. He stayed in the United States after graduation and performed foodservice training, and came back in 1996. In the next year, he established Dream Corporation, and opened the first store “BAGEL & BAGEL”. At the present, he develops 80 direct stores and 4 business conditions.
