After graduated from Tokyo nourishment food technical school, after he went to Tokyo 4 times, he opened the lunch store in Kawaguchi, Saitama. Afterwards, he ran the real estate business with the friend; it grew up until it made a profit of monthly turnover 700 million yen. In 1966, he started stand-up-eating soba store which was the origin of “FujiSoba” in Shibuya, Tokyo. In 1972, he established DAITAN FOOD Co.,Ltd. and became independent; he was devoted to the management of the stand-up-eating soba store “FujiSoba”. At the present, it develops 79 stores “FujiSoba”. While he is a manager, he plays an active part as a songwriter.
