After graduated from the high school, he entered Tsuji Culinary Institute. He got the hang of nice of the service business by the part-time job of the beer garden for school days. He joined RIHGA ROYAL HOTELS., he has experienced a waiter. He runs “Yakitori dojo” by the invitation of the acquaintance. He became independent in 1985, at the present; he develops 147 stores of “Torikizoku” which is 280 yen uniform Yakitori store in Kansai and Tokyo.
