The parent’s house was a “wholesale, sale shop of the meat” to continue from the generation of the grandfather. He was a living in grandparents, parents, an older brother, 6 families; he felt familiar with “business” and grew up since he was small. He began dreaming of becoming himself an independent manager one of these days, with graduation from high school, he entered a certain meat shop. Afterwards, he aimed at the independence at 25 years old, but after many twists and turns such as giving it up the objection of the people that surround a person, he achieved independence at 31 years old. 3 years since then, as of October, 2009, he develops 10 stores such as “steak Hamburg & salad bar Ken” in the metropolitan area.
