Because the parent’s house ran a restaurant, he grew up while feeling the restaurant business with skin since he was young. He has begun cooking in earnest from high school days; he entered a cooking school at 22 years old. Afterwards, he visited Japan at 24 years old, he opened “hormone, Yakiniku En” in Japan while studying Japanese. At the present, he develops 12 stores “including FC store” in Tokyo.
