He got used to business from boyhood and brought up “business talent”. After graduated from the University, after trained in a Japanese food restaurant for three years, he opened diner “Sankotei” in Kanda. He put a branch in the product strategy that he narrowed down to curry and a beef bowl, in 1984; he opened Izakaya”daikonnohana” in Shibuya, Tokyo. Afterwards, he made many popular shops including “Tohokenbunroku”.
