While he was at the University, his father fell ill and begun a part-time job for devising living expenses. After graduated from the University, he launched various businesses and became keeping the shop name of “Ichiran”. It was a small shop, but he made it to the national constituency. As of June, 2010, he opens to 27 stores; he sets up the office in New York in 2007. It wants to pay attention to a new idea and the new common sense which a rarity idea man created in the ramen industry.
