He is from Toyohashi-shi, Aichi. After graduated from Keio University Faculty of Commerce, he joined COQD’OR INC. which developed Western food, French restaurant in a metropolitan area. 2 years later, he quitted the company; he began a chef training at Minato Co., Ltd.. 2 years later, he joined Genji Co., Ltd. which mother ran. He increased sales immediately which were slump in those days. In 1980, he took office as the president and representative director. Genji Co.,Ltd. changed the name to the Monogatari Corporation in 1997. He develops such as “Yakiniku King” and “Marugen Ramen” in management philosophy “Smile & Sexy” now in the whole country.
