Born in Kofu-shi, Yamanashi. He went to the famous high-ranked school from elementary school. After graduated from the University, he joined “Sanai” of ladies’ clothes. He changed his job to Family Mart Co., Ltd. 10 years later. He took office as the chairperson of the first labor union “FamilyMart union”, he became the opinion coordinator of labor and management, and he contributed a development of the company. After having served a chairperson for the 3 times 3 years, he took office as the merchandise headquarters and the director of the total planning office; he left the results about such as introduction of the industry’s first convenience store ATM. After quitted Family Mart Co., Ltd., he has had a constant offer of visitors from the leading companies, through the outside director in Pokka Create Co., Ltd. and took office as the president in 2009. After assumption of office, he operated such as changed SI; he rebuilt the achievements that dropped off immediately. He has a lot of hobbies; especially he got a license and likes a car as he ran a circuit.
