Born in Chita-shi, Aichi. The second son of 3 brothers. In the autumn of the high school ahead of the examination for university, he watched the drama “Rice Curry” of Sou Kuramoto wrote the script and suddenly intended to become the chef. He entered Tsuji Culinary Institute, he learned the French cuisine. After graduation, he joined a well-established hotel of Nagoya, Nagoya Castle Hotel “existing Westin Nagoya Castle Hotel”. At the 23 year old, he took office as a head chef of the Japanese Embassy in Canada and went there. After he served out his term for 2 years, he joined Hilton Nagoya. He was rated high by general manager, but In order to switch a policy from French to an Italian, he went to Italy alone. After having finished study in the whole land of Italy, he came back. He launched the restaurant in the whole country around Aichi and after he serviced a lot of advisers and he opened the direct store “BVONO ITALY” in 2009. He was chosen as “the one of the chef of 1000 in world” by the world producer meeting “Terra Madre” which held in Italian Torino in 2008 and he attracted attention of the media. At the present, he appears regularly on the TV program of the Tokai area “Tokai Umaimon Honpo”; he acts as the chairperson of “NPO group slow food Aichi”, the part-time teacher of “Satsuki Culinary School”, the part-time teacher of “Nihon Fukushi University”, the adviser of “M Bussan”.
