He was born in Adachi-ku and bringing up at Fukagawa. He stared to play soccer in an elementary school; he served as captain at the junior high school. After graduated from the University, he entered the yakiniku store of the family business to help his mother. He learned it from his mother and he became independent at the 27 years old. In 1995, he opened a memorable “Sumibi Yakiniku Toraji main store” in Minami Ebisu. As of 2012 when it is the establishment of a business 16th year, the number of the stores expands to 44 stores “39 direct management store and 5 FC stores”, the number of employees becomes 144 people only in regular staffs.
