Born in Kochi-shi, Kochi. It was birth of the well-established restaurant 3 generation which established in 1917. Brothers are an older sister and younger sisters. After graduated from Meiji University, he joined a company that his father ran. After he took office as the president, he worked on reviews of the stocking and the distribution; he promoted branding of Tosa cuisine “Tsukasa”, “Neboke”. In 1995, he started delivery to home business of “Katsuo no Tataki”. In 1997, he was commercialized “Yuzu Ponzu” and made start delivery to the general merchandising stores. At the present, he opens 5 “Neboke” in Tokyo, 6 “Tsukasa” in Osaka and Kochi and each 1 Suigeitei in Osaka and Kochi. He is looking for the overseas advance by food business.
