Born in Chiba. He went to the Ryutsu Keizai University, but he dreamed of the owner of the restaurant and dropped out, and then he gain experience at some Italian restaurant. After training in Italia and so on in more 2 years, he opened “Bernini” at Azabujuban in 1996. Then he opened Italian wine bar “Vinoteca Wagon”, the casual store of Roma style “Pizzeria Romana Bernini “. And he open “Bernini Honolulu” with Motoya Koyata of the partner in long-planned Hawaii in April, 2011. Still the store received “Hale Aina Awards” which proud of the history as most authoritative gourmet Prize in Hawaii.
