Born in Omihachiman, Shiga. The eldest son of four brothers. His parent’s home is a Japanese restaurant that follows from grandfather’s generation. He was brought up among chefs since his childhood, he gradually began to awake to succeed his father in the family business, and to be manager. After graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University, he decided to learn cooking and joined a famous restaurant of Osaka. It was which he chose from two ways to live that job about favorite car and food business.
