Born in Soja-shi, Okayama. It was the boy who ran about in hills and fields while helping a grocer (Yorozuya) of the business in the days of the child. He entered the junior high school, he investigated thoroughly “to live” and it was decided to face various realities in the high school. After graduated from St. Andrew’s University, he was a shrewd salesman in a well-established vinegar maker, and quitted it at 1997. He opened the sushi store in Sakai-shi, Osaka. He learned all by self-education and entered the Kaiten sushi industry in 1984. While being late departure, as of 2012, he is proud of the sales of 3 in industry.
